The 360 Group Team

Vincent Robinson, Managing Partner

Vincent Robinson founded The 360 Group to realize his commitment to excellence and impact in social sector organizations. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Social Venture Partners Bay Area (SVP). There he led all aspects of a membership organization, including strategic planning, grantmaking (in education and economic development), financial management, and member recruitment and retention. He also spearheaded the merger of SVP with Northern California Grantmakers. In addition, he has worked for a variety of private and social sector organizations, including Goldman Sachs, AT Kearney, Harder and Company Research, Planned Parenthood and the National AIDS Fund. These experiences have not only inspired his passion for the work of the social sector, but have given him broad experience to bring to The 360 Group’s Client Partners. A skilled facilitator, Vincent has worked with a range of groups -- large and small -- to drive to practicable conclusions.

Vincent currently sits on the Advisory Boards of REDF (formerly the Roberts Enterprise Development Fund) and is co-chair of the Organizing Committee of Common Sense California. He was a New York City Urban Fellow, and holds an honors AB in political science and American studies, an MBA and certificate in nonprofit management, all from Stanford University. Reflecting his commitment to developing leadership, he is also on various selection committees, including those of Coro and the Association of Black Foundation Executives. Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Vincent is conversant in Spanish. He lives in San Francisco with his partner and their cat, Scotch.

Alyse Aiello, Senior Consultant

With experience in the nonprofit and private sectors, Alyse joined The 360 Group at its inception excited about the opportunity to focus on aspects of social sector organizations that rarely receive their due attention. Throughout her career she has followed a strongly values-oriented path that has incorporated a diverse range of skills and challenges. After spending her undergraduate years at Stanford, Harvard, and the Massachusetts College of Art, earning a self-designed BFA in interrelated media and anthropology in preparation for a career in archaeological documentation, she entered the budding Internet sector and never looked back. She joined Amazon.com in its early days, helping to build the tiny internet startup into the successful virtual business it is today; from there, she went on to serve as program manager for the medical training clinic at Bastyr University in Seattle, the premier naturopathic medical school in the country. This breadth and depth of experience has honed her skills in organizational design, workflow engineering, virtual work, and drawing together disparate resources in support of a common goal. Alyse brings a strong knowledge of organizational development and strategy, technology, and process reengineering to The 360 Group.

Luis Martinez, Administrative Manager

Luis has worked in the social sector for more than fifteen years in a variety of capacities, with a primary focus on administration and finance. Most recently, he served as Director of Administration and Human Resources for the Black Coalition on AIDS (BCA) in San Francisco. While at BCA, he held a number of positions, including Interim Executive Director. In addition, he has worked for diverse organizations such as the National AIDS Fund, Huckleberry Youth Programs, CompuMentor, and the Corporation for National Service. With a solid commitment to excellence in the social sector, Luis arrived from his native Washington, DC to San Francisco in 1995. He considers the Bay Area “the hub of social change” and continues to strive to help organizations create opportunities that positively affect the lives of disenfranchised individuals. He is bilingual and enjoys sharing lively conversation in Spanish. Luis and his partner share their San Francisco home with their rescue dog, Bella.

Leadership Council

The 360 Group has assembled a council of leaders from nonprofits, foundations and private industry to continually inform our work from their cutting-edge experience in working in the field. They not only provide access to a wide range of candidates, but they bring their considerable experience to bear on organizational transitions and challenges.
